Applications and enquiries
When a visitor submits an admissions, employment, or enquiry form, IMSSG receives the information entered in that form so the relevant school team can review and respond to the request. A submission is stored in the protected administration database before email delivery is attempted.
Please provide only the information requested by the form. Do not send identity, passport, medical, custody, or certificate files unless the school gives you an approved method for doing so.
Access and retention
Access to submitted information is limited to authorised administration users. Records are retained for school follow-up and operational accountability until an approved retention or deletion decision applies.
Administrative access
The private administration area uses essential security cookies, named accounts, password controls, lockout protection, and auditable actions. These cookies are not used for advertising.
