About IMSSG

Academics

An overview of the British and American learning pathways at IMSSG.

Two international learning pathways

International Modern School Sayed Galal provides British and American educational pathways within one school community. Each pathway is organised around age-appropriate learning objectives and progression from the early years through secondary education.

British pathway

The British pathway develops learning through year-group objectives and subject strands. English, mathematics, science, history, and geography are supported by a wider programme designed to build knowledge, communication, enquiry, and independent learning.

American pathway

The American pathway is informed by standards-based learning. Students develop knowledge and skills across grade levels while building the critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and responsibility needed for later study.

A complete school experience

Academic learning is supported by technology, creativity, activity, and personal development. Families can contact the school for the current programme structure and grade-specific academic guidance.
